Dr. Karen Rosen

Dr. Karen Rosen is a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who completed a post-residency fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. She is a native of Michigan, born and raised in Metro Detroit. She completed her undergraduate and medical school at Michigan State University. She then completed her internship and residency at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Larkin Community Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident and was awarded ‘Resident of the Year’ in her final year. Dr. Rosen then completed her pain management fellowship training at The Core Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her family. My hobbies include baking and playing games with her daughters, playing tennis and traveling.

She is an active member of the following Professional Societies: American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS), American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, National Association of Spine Specialists.
